摘　　要：分析当前高等教育的发展、社会的变迁以及观念的更新对高校职业生涯辅导工作产生的冲击及挑战,从而思考如何落实大学生职业生涯辅导工作,协助学生适应社会发展,从而更好地应对变幻莫测的职业生涯道路。The paper analyzes the challenges in counseling college students′with their career planning,which are caused by the social transformation and the renewal of thoughts.And it reflects on the implementation of counseling,and on how to help students to adapt to the social development,and then they can prepare themselves for the development of their changeable future career.
