早期雄性自发性高血压大鼠凝血和纤溶系统的变化及其意义

摘　　要：目的 :观察早期雄性自发性高血压大鼠 (spontaneouslyhyperten siverats ,SHR)凝血和纤溶指标的变化 ,探讨凝血和纤溶系统在高血压血栓栓塞性和 /或出血性并发症发生、发展过程中的作用。方法 :15周龄雄性SHR10只和同龄雄性WistarKyoto(WKY)大鼠 10只 ;检测血浆凝血酶原时间 (prothrombintime ,PT )、纤维蛋白原含量(fibrinogen ,FIB)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物活性 (tissue typeplasmino genactivatoractivity ,t PA∶A)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂活性 (plas minogenactivatorinhibitoractivity ,PAI∶A)和α2 纤溶酶抑制物活性(α2 plasmininhibitoractivity ,α2 PI∶A)。结果 :与WKY组比较 :早期雄性SHR血压显著增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,血浆FIB显著增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,血浆α2 PI :A显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,t PA∶A显著增高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :早期雄性SHR已处于慢性隐性过代偿型弥散性血管内凝血(disseminatedintravscularcoagulation ,DIC)凝溶期 ,存在着血栓栓塞和Objective: In order to observe plasma prothrombin time (PT),fibrinogen (FIB),tissue-type plasminogen activator activity (t-PA∶A),plasminogen activator inhibitor activity (PAI∶A) and α 2-plasmin inhibitor activity (α 2-PI∶A) in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs).Method: Ten (15 weeks old male) SHRs and ten age-matched male Wistar Kyoto (WKY) rats.Plasma PT were determined with one-step means,Plasma FIB were determined by means of thrombin and Plasma t-PA∶A,PAI∶A and α 2-PI∶A were determined by means of Color Substrate.Results: After three months,the blood pressure (BP) in SHRs were singnificantly higher than WKY rats (P<0.01).SHRs group had singnificantly higher FIB (P<0.01) and t-PA∶A (P<0.05) as compared to WKY rats healthy control group,SHRs group had singnificantly lower α 2-PI∶A(P<0.01) As compared to WKY rats healthy control group.Conclusion: Intravascular coagulation and fibrinolysis in male early SHRs is concurrent,which indicate that there are chronic disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) in male early SHRs,therefore,who are in danger of thromboembolism and/or hemorrhage.
