摘 要:本文针对铅酸蓄电池合金铅熔化过程中产生的熔渣开展研究,分析了铅渣的成分,主要为金属铅而非氧化铅。从不同位置取样对现用合金进行成分分析,发现合金成分不均匀。通过对铅渣的产生机理进行探讨,认为合金中钙的分布不均是生产过程出渣量较多的主要原因。This paper aims to study the lead slag produced in the melting process of lead alloy for lead-acid battery, and analyze the components of lead slag. It is found that the main component is metallic lead, rather than lead oxide. Through component analysis of alloy samples from different positions, it is found that the alloy composition is not uniform. Through studying the generating mechanism of lead slag, it seems to be the main reason for large amount of slag during production that the calcium in alloy distributes unequally.
