摘  要:自毒作用是导致三七[Panax notoginseng(Burk.)F.H.Chen]连作障碍的重要原因。对三七须根粉碎物土壤添加的自毒效应进行分析,结果发现:(1)三七须根粉碎物对三七发芽指标呈"低浓度促进,高浓度抑制"的作用趋势,但添加量≤10%时不会对发芽率和发芽指数产生显著抑制作用。(2)三七须根粉碎物对三七植株的出苗率、存苗率具有明显抑制作用;须根粉碎物添加使三七植株的株高、花苔高逐渐降低,茎粗变小,平均小叶数减少,中叶长、宽减小,同时主根的长、宽变小,须根长度变短。(3)随须根粉碎物用量增加,三七植株的地上和地下鲜重、干重及总干重均呈明显下降趋势。三七须根粉碎物土壤添加具有明显的自毒作用。Autotoxicity was concerned as one of the key reasons for continuous cropping obstacle in Panax notoginseng. Autotoxicity effect of Panax notoginseng rootlets shatter in soil was analyzed in this paper and themain results were as follows:(1) the Panax notoginseng rootlets shatter had‘low promotion, high inhibition'concentration effect on germination index, while the adding amount of 10% or less would not have significantinhibitory effect on germination percentage and germination index;(2) the Panax notoginseng rootlets shattersignificantly decreased the emergence rate and surviving rate; the results showed that with the adding ofpowder, the plant height and the flower stalk length decreased, the stem diameter became thin, the quantity oflittle leaf and the medium-sized leaf's length and width were obviously decreased, main root length and widthdeclined and the rootlets length shortened;(3) with the increasing of the Panax notoginseng rootlets shatterdosage, the overground part and underground fresh weight, dry weight and total dry weight decreasedsignificantly. The results showed that Panax notoginseng rootlets shatter had obvious autotoxicity effects in the soil.
