基于灰色关联理论视角下离岸服务外包结构与产业升级实证研究

摘　　要：通过构建产业结构发展水平度及选取服务外包发展指标,运用灰色关联分析法研究了中国离岸服务外包结构与产业升级的灰色关联度。结果显示,总体上产业升级与服务外包存在非常强的灰色关联。而且业务流程外包与产业升级的关联度最大,其次为知识业务流程外包,最后是信息技术服务外包。由此判断,随着产品分工的深化,产业升级的实现与服务外包结构比例密切相关,知识科技含量越高的离岸服务外包越有益于国内产业升级。By building variables to indicate the level of industrial structure and development of the service outsourcing, this paper studied the gray correlation between service offshore outsourcing structure and industrial upgrading in China based on gray relational a-nalysis method. Results show that, on the whole, industrial upgrading and outsourcing have a very strong gray correlation. And grey re-lational degree between business process outsourcing and industrial upgrading is the largest, followed by knowledge process outsourc-ing, and finally the information technology outsourcing. Judging from that, with the deepening division of labor in the process of pro-duction, industrial upgrading and service outsourcing structure is closely related, and the more technology knowledge content are in-volved in service offshoring, the more beneficial it will be to the domestic industrial upgrading.
