Objective To observe the regional homogeneity(ReHo)value of motor-related cortex in patients with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis(RRMS)using resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI).MethodsNineteen patients with RRMS(RRMS group)and 19gender-and age-matched healthy controls(control group)underwent rs-fMRI and conventional MRI.Bilateral motor-related cortex were selected as ROIs to measure ReHo values and were analyzed by two sample t test,Correlation analysis was performed between the ReHo values and expended disability status scale(EDSS).Results Compared with control group, the ReHo values of motor-related cortex in RRMS group decreased(P〈0.05,AlphaSimcorrection,voxel〉20).The bilateral ReHo values showed negative correlation with EDSS(right r=-0.819,P〈0.05,left r=-0.871,P〈0.05).Conclusion ReHo values of motor-related cortex in RRMS patients have been decreased, which may be one of the relevant factors related to disability.
