微型钢板结合可吸收钉治疗MasonII、III型桡骨小头骨折

摘　　要：目的：探讨采用切开复位微型钢板结合可吸收钉治疗Mason II、III型桡骨小头骨折疗效。方法：自2012年9月～2014年9月，我们应用微型钢板结合可吸收钉治疗Mason II、III型桡骨小头骨折13例，其中Mason II型6例，Mason III型7例。结果：全部病例随访8～24个月（平均13个月），所有病例均骨性愈合，功能恢复表示满意。按照Broberg和Morrey肘部评分标准，优7例，良4例，中2例，优良率为84．6％。结论：我们认为微型钢板结合可吸收钉应用于Mason II、III型桡骨小头骨折，固定稳定可靠，可早期活动，降低关节僵硬、异位骨化等并发症，恢复患肢功能，取得了较好的临床疗效。但本组样本数小，随访时间短，有待于进一步观察疗效。Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of open reduction and internal fixation（ ORIF） with mini-plate combined with absorbable screw for treatment of Mason II、III radial head fractures.Methods：From Sept.2012 to Sept.2014,13 patients （including 6 Mason II and 7 Mason III radial head fractures） were treated with mini-plate combined with absorbable screw.Results：All cases were followed up for 8~13 months（average 13 months）,all fractures healed and function satisfied.Conclusion：We thaught that ORIF with mini-plate combined with absorbable screw for treatment of Mason II、III radial head fractures achieved good clinical efficacy .The fixa-tion was stable, which allowed early mobilization and reduce the complications such as joint stiffness or heterotopic ossification,etc.
