稳心颗粒与比索洛尔联用方案在阵发性心房颤动中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的：研究稳心颗粒与比索洛尔联用方案在阵发性心房颤动中的临床效果。方法：选取2011年12月～2014年3月于本院进行治疗的88例阵发性心房颤动患者，分为对照组44例和观察组44例，对照组患者在常规治疗原发病的基础上给予比索洛尔进行治疗，观察组患者在常规治疗基础上采用稳心颗粒与比索洛尔联合方案进行治疗，对比观察2组患者的临床疗效。结果：对照组44例患者的总有效率为72．73％，观察组44例患者的总有效率为90．91％，观察组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组，P＜0．05，有显著性差异，具有统计学意义。结论：稳心颗粒与比索洛尔联用方案在阵发性心房颤动中的临床疗效较好，值得临床广泛推广应用。Objective：To explore Clinical effect of Wenxin Granule Combined with bisoprolol in treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrilla-tion.Methods：From 2011 December to 2014 March in our hospital for the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in 88 cases were divided into control group of 44 cases and observation group 44 cases, control group with conventional treatment plus bisoprolol, the patients in ob-servation group on the basis of conventional therapy, the treatment with Wenxin granule bisoprolol combined scheme, compared and observe the clinical curative effect between two groups.Results：44 patients in the control group the total efficiency was 72.73%, the observation group of 44 cases the total efficiency of 90.91%, to observe the clinical curative effect was obviously superior to the patients in control group, P 〈0.05, there was significant difference had statistics significance.Conclusion：the curative effect of Wenxin Granule Combined with bisoprolol on regimen in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, should be worthy of clinical popularization and application.
