百尾参祛痰止咳、抗炎作用研究

摘　　要：[目的]百尾参抗炎镇痛、止咳祛痰活性部位研究。[方法]采用小鼠氨水引咳法、小鼠酚红排泄法观察其止咳、祛痰作用,小鼠醋酸扭体法观察其镇痛作用,用二甲苯致耳廓肿胀法和棉球致肉芽肿法观察其抗炎作用。[结果]百尾参提取物中乙酸乙酯提取物、丙酮提取物和水提物显示了明显镇咳平喘药效作用,且随着剂量的增加,药效作用越明显;中高剂量组能显著延长咳嗽潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数;增加小鼠气管内酚红分泌量,与对照组相比有显著性差异。乙酸乙酯提取物的镇咳平喘作用效果比水提取物和丙酮提取物更显著些。百尾参乙酸乙酯提取物、水提物和丙酮提取物中高剂量显著降低醋酸扭体法的小鼠扭体次数,抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀度;抑制棉球所引起的肉芽肿,显示了良好的镇痛消炎作用。[结论]该研究结果为进一步研究百尾参抗炎镇痛、止咳平喘的药效物质基础提供了科学依据。[ Objective ] To study the effective part screening of the extract of Disporurn cantoniense （ Lout. ） Merr. in ahirritation, anti-inflammatory, cough relieving and sputum elimination. [ Method ] The antalgic function of Disporum cantoniense （ Lout. ） Merr. was tested by writhing reaction and anti-inflammatory was tested by the pinna swelling test and granulomas test ;The effects of cough relieving and sputum elimination were observed by the ammonia water-induced tussive, excretion of phenol red in the airway of mice. [ Result ] The results show that medium and high dosages of extracted acetone, ethyl acetate and water extract significantly prolong the latent period, reduce the frequency of cough of mice, increase the quantity of phenol red output from the trachea in mice. Compared with the blank control group, there was statistical significance in antitussive effect, especially the antitussive effect is the best in the highest dosage of ethyl acetate and water extract groups. Meanwhile, medium and high dosages of extracted acetone, ethyl acetate, water extract significantly inhibit the ear edema induced by xylene, granuloma induced by cotton ball and pain caused by acetic acid in mice. [ Conclusion] These results provide the basic data for the extraction and utilization of the active constituent ofDisporum cantoniense（Lour. ） Merr. in abirritation, anti-inflammatory,cough relieving and sputum elimination.
