摘 要:[目的]对东北虎圈养环境土壤中蛔虫虫卵进行分离与鉴定。[方法]对黑龙江某虎园内的土壤进行随机采样,对蛔虫虫卵进行分离,通过形态学鉴定、分子生物学鉴定和分子进化树对其进行鉴定。[结果]通过形态学鉴定确定土壤中含有2种形态的虫卵。分子生物学鉴定结果表明该虫卵分别是是狮弓蛔虫虫卵和猫弓首蛔虫虫卵。分子进化树分析结果表明狮弓蛔虫属于弓蛔属,猫弓首蛔虫属于弓首属。[结论]通过形态学观察、分子鉴定和进化树分析确定土壤中含有狮弓蛔虫虫卵和猫弓首蛔虫虫卵。[ Objective] The research aimed to isolate and identify the roundworm eggs in the environmental soil of Panthera tigris altaica Park. [ Method]The soil samples were randomly collected from the soil of a tiger park in Heilongjiang Province to isolate the eggs of roundworm, And the isolated eggs were identified by using morphological identification, molecular biological identification and molecular phylogenetic tree. [ Result ] It was confirmed that there were two species of roundworm eggs by morphological identification. The results of molecular biological identification showed that the isolated roundworm eggs belonged to Toxascaris leonine and Toxocara cati. The analysis results of molecular phylogenetic tree showed that Toxascaris leonine belonged to Toxascaris genus and Toxocara cati belonged to Toxocara genus. [ Conclusion ] It was confirmed that there were T. leonine and T. cati in the soil by using morphological identification, molecular biological identification and molecular phylogenetie tree.
