摘  要:[目的]研究散叶烘烤变黄期烘烤时间和温湿度对烟叶烘烤质量影响。[方法]以烤烟品种K326为材料,开展散叶堆积烘烤变黄期烘烤时间长短和湿球温度高低对烟叶质量影响的试验。[结果]试验表明,变黄期高温高湿,可以缩短变黄时间11 h;在38℃前保湿变黄烟叶外观质量好;上等烟叶比例高,经济性状最好;变黄期适当延长时间有利于烟叶中的淀粉得到充分降解,转化为糖类物质。[结论]研究可为提高散叶烘烤烟叶质量提供理论依据和技术参考。[ Objective ] To study effects of curing time, temperature, humidity in yellowing period on tobacco quality. [ Method ] Taking the flue-cured tobacco variety K326 as the material, effects of curing time and temperature on tobacco quality in yellowing period was studied. [ Result] The results showed that: the yellowing period of high temperature and high humidity, can shorten the yellowing time 11 h; at 38 ℃ DEG C before moisturizing becomes yellow leaves appearance quality first-class tobacco leaves; the high proportion, the best economic traits; yellowing period prolonged time in favor of starch degradation in tobacco leaves fully, converted into carbohydrate. [ Conclusion ] The study can provide theoretical basis and technique reference for improving loose leaf quality.
