冷冻治愈硬化性萎缩性苔藓伴血疱1例

摘　　要：冷冻治愈硬化性萎缩性苔藓伴血疱1例,冷冻治疗周期为每3周1次,共2次。第1次冷冻治疗后增厚斑片明显变薄,颜色变浅;第2次冷冻治疗后皮损全部脱落。2个月后复诊,皮损恢复正常,6个月后随访,未见复发。The patient with sclerosing atrophic lichen with blood blister was treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy,once every three weeks,for twice.The thickness of patches reduced and the colour faded after the first treatment.The patches disappeared after the second treatment.The lesions returned to normal after 2 months follow-up.There was no relapse after 6 months follow-up.
