摘　　要：肝窦内皮细胞(liver sinusoidal endothelial cells,LSEC)在肝脏的生理功能和病理机制的发生中扮演重要的角色,成为近年来肝脏研究的热点.本文通过总结并综述近年来LSEC的分离、培养与鉴定的最新技术和方法,重点探讨在该细胞分离、培养与鉴定过程中遇到的研究热点,这对观察和研究LSEC在肝脏生理功能和病理机制中的作用,及基于该细胞的开发研究具有重要的意义,并为研究者提供借鉴.Liver sinusoidal endothelial cells（LSECs） playan important role in the hepatic physiological and pathological processes, and they have become a hot research topic in recent years. This paper will focus on the isolation, cultivation and identification of LSECs by summarizing and reviewing the latest technologies and methods, with an aim to make a great contribution to the research of LSECs and their roles in the hepatic physiological and pathological processes.
