摘 要:目的探讨哮喘小鼠急性发作期血清中IgE和白细胞介素-17(IL-17)的水平变化及小鼠肺泡灌洗液中细胞分类的变化。方法通过建立哮喘小鼠模型,将45例昆明雌性清洁级健康小鼠随机分为哮喘急性发作组、慢性哮喘组和正常组各15例。对三组血清中IL-17和IgE水平及支气管肺泡灌洗中嗜酸性粒细胞(ESO%)和中性粒细胞(NE%)水平进行测定。结果急性哮喘发作组、慢性哮喘组和正常组血清中IL-17和Ig E水平进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且三组支气管肺泡灌洗中ESO%和NE%水平进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IL-17、IgE、ESO、NE均参与的哮喘的发生发展,并在一定程度上反映哮喘的严重程度。Objective To expore serum IgE and interleukin 17 (IL - 17) level change for acute episode of asthma mice and classification of alveolar lavage cells in mice. Methods Through the establishment of asthma model in mice, 45 cases of kunming female grade clean healthy mice were randomly divided into three groups: acute asthma group (n=15) ,chronic asthma group(n=15)and normal group (n=15). For three groups of serum IL - 17 and IgE level and eosinophils in bronchoalveolar lavage (ESO %) and neutrophils % (NE) levels were determined. Results Acute asthma group and chronic asthma group and normal group in serum IL - 17 and IgE levels were compared, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). And bronchoalveolar lavage in ESO%and NE%level of three groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion IL-17, IgE, ESO, NE are involved in development and incidence of asthma, and to a certain extent, they can reflect the severity of asthma.
