双花百合片用于头颈部放疗所致口腔黏膜炎的价值分析

摘　　要：目的：分析双花百合片对于头颈部放疗所致口腔黏膜炎的疗效。方法2013年1月～2014年3月于我院住院治疗的头颈部放疗所致口腔黏膜炎患者60例，随机分为双花百合组（30例）和常规治疗组（30例），观察分析双花百合组和常规治疗组放疗所致口腔黏膜炎平均出现时间、Ⅲ，Ⅳ级口腔黏膜炎发生率及双花百合组口腔黏膜炎平均愈合天数。结果双花百合组的Ⅰ、Ⅱ级口腔黏膜炎平均出现时间显著高于常规治疗组（P＜0.05）；双花百合组的Ⅲ，Ⅳ级口腔黏膜炎发生率低于常规治疗组（P＜0.05）；双花百合组口腔黏膜炎平均愈合天数显著低于常规治疗组（P＜0.05）。结论双花百合片能够减轻放疗所致口腔黏膜炎患者溃疡疼痛，起效快，促进溃疡愈合、安全性高。Objective To analyze the clinical value of shuanghua baihe pill in the treatment of neck radiotherapy related oral mucositis. Methods 60 patients with neck radiotherapy related oral mucositis in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2014 were selected for this study,the patients were divided into two groups randomly.The groups were shuanghua baihe group （30） and routine therapy group （30） respectively,then neck radiotherapy related oral mucositis emergence time,incidence rate of III,IV oral mucositis and average healing time were observed and analyzed. Results The neck radiotherapy related oral mucositis emergence time in shuanghua baihe group was higher than routine therapy group （P 〈 0.05）;incidence rate of III,IV oral mucositis in shuanghua baihe group was lower than routine therapy group （P 〈 0.05）;the average healing time in shuanghua baihe group was lower than routine therapy group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shuanhua baihe pills can alleviate the pain of neck radiotherapy related oral mucositis,improve the heal of ulcer,in the meantime,act rapidly,the safety is ideal.
