摘　　要：目的：探讨左卡尼汀对维持性血液透析患者贫血和hs-CRP的影响。方法选取我院从2012年10月～2014年10月收治的60例维持性血液透析患者做为研究对象。按照治疗顺序随机分为治疗组40例与对照组20例，治疗组患者应用左卡尼汀配合常规药物治疗，对照组患者仅应用常规药物治疗。比较两组患者的贫血改善情况及治疗前后患者hs-CRP变化情况。结果治疗组患者的贫血改善情况优于对照组患者，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组患者治疗后hs-CRP指标变化情况优于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对维持性血液透析患者临床使用左卡尼汀，可以显著改善患者的hs-CRP指标，缓解贫血，临床值得广泛推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of L-carnitine to anemia and hs-CRP of patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods 60 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital during Oct, 2012 to Oct, 2014 were selected as objects of this study. The 60 patients were randomly allocated to two groups, 40 cases in treatment group and 20 cases in the control group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with L-carnitine combined with conventional medicine, and patients in the control group were only treated with conventional medicine. The improvement of anemia and the change of hs-CRP before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）, the improvement of anemia and the change of hs-CRP, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion L-carnitine which can obviously improve hs-CRP index and alleviate anaemic of patients with maintenance hemodialysis in clinic, which is worthy of promotion and application.
