摘 要:以合成的P(NIPAM-co-AAc)共聚物为温敏成分,制备PVA-P(NIPAM-co-AAc)-Col胶原基复合水凝胶。通过响应曲面设计分别对水凝胶的抗张强度、断裂伸长率、杨氏模量、在蒸馏水和生理盐水中的溶胀率、干态透水汽性、35℃和39℃的湿态透水汽性进行了研究。同时,进行不同制备参数的验证试验,以期建立一种以数学拟合方程对各响应值进行预测的方法结果表明:采用响应曲面设计获得的回归拟合方程,在预测水凝胶性质时具有一定的准确性和可靠性,以P(NIPAM-co-AAc)共聚物作为温敏控件,能够获得具有温敏性的水凝胶。The PVA - P ( NIPAM - co - AAc) - Col hydrogel was prepared with P ( NIPAM - co - AAc ) copolymer as tempera- ture - sensitive material. The tensile strength, elongation at break, Young' s modulus, the swelling ratio in distilled water and sa- line,the water vapor transmission rates(WVTR) in dry condition and in wet condition at 35℃ and 39℃ of hydrogel were deter- mined via the Response Surface Methodology(RSM) .Meanwhile, the examination concerned was conducted in order to establish a method to predict response based on mathematical fitting equation. The results show that the fitting equations gained from RSM can predict the properties of the hy - sensitive. The WVTR in wet drogel in some extent. The hydrogels synthesized by P ( NIPAM - co - AAc) copolymer is temperature condition can response with the change of temperature
