摘 要:建立了皮革及其制品中12种乙二醇醚类物质的气相色谱检测方法。以乙酸乙酯为萃取溶剂,45℃下超声萃取,萃取液经固相萃取柱净化后进行气相色谱-火焰离子化检测器(GC-FID)测定,外标法定量,在信噪比(S/N)=3的条件下,检出限为0.05~0.30rag/kg。在3个加标水平下,方法的平均回收率为80.91%~97.95%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.31%~4.98%。该方法简便快速,灵敏度高,检出限满足欧盟REACH法规的限量要求,适用于皮革及其制品中乙二醇醚类物质残留量的测定,为制定相关检测标准提供了参考。A method was established for determining the residual glycol ether compounds in leather and leather products by gas chromatography -flame ionization detector( GC -FID). Glycol ether compounds in leather and leather products were ultrasonically extracted at 45℃, using ethyl acetate as the extraction solvent. The extracts were then purified by solid phase extraction (SPE)col- umn, followed by the analysis of GC - FID. The contents of each analyte were calibrated by external standard curve. The limits of detection(LODs) ranged from 0. 05mg/kg to 0. 30mg/kg at the condition of signal to noise(S/N) of 3. The spiked average recover- ies varied from 80. 91% to 97.95 % with the relative standard deviation (RSD)varing from 1.31% to 4.98 %. The proposed meth- od was simple, rapid and sensitive, and met completely the limited requirements of Regulation Concerning Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) of European Union. The proposed method was suitable for the determination of residual glycol ether compounds in leather and leather products, and provided a reference for the relevant testing standard.
