论全国检察机关统一业务应用系统的刑法保护——以非法侵入计算机信息系统罪为视角

摘　　要：统一业务应用系统是全国检察机关处理国嚎检察事务的计算机信息系统。非法侵入计算机信息系统罪，是指违反国家规定，侵入国家事务、国防建设、尖端科学技术领域的计算机信息系统的行为。非法侵入计算机信息系统罪对于统一业务应用系统的保障功能在当前情况下应当受到重视，其他以该应用系统为工具或对象的后续行为．也应当分情况进行处罚。要从刑罚、制度和技术三方面加强对于侵入行为的防范。Illegal invasion of computer information system, refers to the violation of the provisions of the state, the computer information system of state affairs, national defence construc, tion, invasion of advanced science and technology in the field of behavior. Unified business application system is a computer information system of the national procuratorial organs handlingnational procuratorial affairs. Illegal invasion of computer information system for the unified business application system security function in the current situation should be taken seriously, the other to the application system as a tool or object of subsequentbehavior, should also be hours of punishment.
