摘 要:对中高温太阳能有机朗肯循环发电系统的有机工质进行对比分析;对发电系统的有机工质向心透平进行设计研究。根据给定的热源参数和发电功率,对甲苯、C12(十二烷)、D4(八甲基环四硅氧烷)、MDM(八甲基三硅氧烷)、MM(六甲基二硅氧烷)等工质进行详细的气动设计和多参数对比分析;根据分析结果选用甲苯为工质进行向心透平气动设计、三维造型设计和计算流体动力学(Computational fluid dynamics,CFD)数值模拟验证。计算结果表明:选用甲苯为工质的ORC系统质量流量最小,系统热效率最高;模拟结果与设计结果基本一致,模拟状态参数的相对误差在2%以内,模拟的功率和轮周效率误差分别为3.16%和2.9%,表明热力设计的准确性;同时通过整机模拟,证实了该ORC向心透平具有良好的气动性能和热力学性能。Contrast analysis is carried out on the organic working mediums which applied to high temperature solar organic Rankine cycle (ORC) power generation system. The design of organic radial inflow turbine used in ORC power generation system is studied. According to the given heat source parameters and power, detailed aerodynamic design and multi-parameter comparative analysis is carried out by selecting toluene, C12(dodecane), D4(octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane), MDM(octamethyl trisiloxane), MM(hexamethyl disiloxane). Based on the contrast analysis above, aerodynamic design, 3d modelling design and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation method reaserch on the radial inflow turbine are made by using toluene as working substance. The calculation results show that toluene ORC system has the smallest mass flow rate and the highest system thermal efficiency. By CFD simulation, relative errors of the status parameters are within 2%, power and wheel efficiency is respectively 3.16%and 2.9%larger than aerodynamic design. The consistency of simulation results and aerodynamic design result indicates the accuracy of the thermodynamic design. Simulating the whole machine confirms that the radial inflow turbine used in organic rankine cycle has a good aerodynamic performance.
