摘 要:针对弹塑性球形接触由黏结变微滑进而发生整体滑动的摩擦力学过程,引入一种基于有限元的黏滑分析方法。在此基础上,建立了弹塑性半球与刚性平板微动接触的有限元模型,特别是在输入模型参数中嵌入了材料延性断裂的判据。不考虑材料断裂的分析结果表明,切向力控制的周期重复加载导致接触体弹性安定,而位移控制的重复加载引起塑性安定。采用单元删除法研究了接触面材料因塑性累积造成的疲劳断裂,模拟了微动磨损等复杂接触现象。A finite element model is developed to simulate the fretting contact between an elastic-plastic hemisphere and a rigid flat. The fretting behaviors without considering the material fracture are firstly investigated. Elastic shakedown and plastic shakedown which, respectively, resulted from a cyclic tangential force and displacement loading, are observed. For the latter cases, a continuous accumulation of the plastic strain is noticed in the contact area, which is expected and later confirmed to cause fatigue failure. A modified element deletion method is proposed to investigate the surface damage based on the ductile fracture of contact junction. With the two introduced fracture models, the fretting wear is simulated, and the formation mechanism of wear scar is summarized on the basis of the predicted damage behaviors.
