摘 要:针对工厂实际加工编程时用常规圆角端铣刀进行大切深加工造成的加工后表面残留高度大且不均,在初次荒加工后需要建立残留模型进行二次荒加工的情况,对常规圆角端铣刀的R角刃形进行优化设计,设计出一种有效降低被加工工件表面残留高度的大切深高效铣削刀具。建立该新型圆角端铣刀以及常规圆角端铣刀的水平切削行距与表面残留高度的数学模型。模型参数分析表明,该新型圆角端铣刀具有良好的切削效果。对新型圆角端铣刀及常规圆角端铣刀的切削仿真表明,前者的加工效率最高可提高2.4倍。对设计的刀具进行磨制,实际加工实验表明,相比于常规圆角端铣刀,应用该新型圆角端铣刀可降低表面残留高度1.96倍。To solve the problem of the plant in the actual NC programming that the residual surface height is too large and uneven when using conventional rounded end mills, and the situation to create a second rough machining after the initial rough machining need for large cut deep processing. An efficient large cut deep milling cutter is designed which can effectively reduce the residual height through optimizing the R angle blade of conventional rounded end mill cutter. The mathematical model on the relationship of level spacing and scallop-height is established for the new rounded and the conventional rounded end mill cutter. The model parameters’ analysis shows that the new rounded end mill cutter has a good cutting effect. The cutting simulation of new and conventional rounded end mill suggests that the former processing efficiency can be improved 2.4 times. The designed tool is grinded. Compared to conventional rounded end mill cutter, the actual processing experiment shows that the surface residual height can be reduced 1.96 times with the new rounded end mill cutter.
