摘 要:目的探讨苏州城区空气细颗粒物(PM2.5)、可吸入颗粒物(PM10)、二氧化硫(SO2)、二氧化氮(NO2)和一氧化碳(CO)水平对健康青年肺功能的短期影响。方法招募21名在校大学生,每日行1次肺通气功能检测,连续3个月。测定指标包括用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)和最大呼气中期流量(MMEF)。同时记录研究时段苏州城区空气PM2.5、PM10、CO、NO2、SO2及空气质量指数(AQI)的日平均水平;依据不同污染物水平将研究时段分为高、低水平两组。分析检测当日及此前1-6日各空气污染物浓度与肺功能之间的相关性。结果与低NO2和低SO2水平时段相比,高NO2和高SO2水平时段的FVC和FEV1有增高趋势(P<0.05)。肺功能测试前2日的PM2.5、PM10、CO水平和肺功能测试前4日NO2水平均与FVC、FEV1呈负相关(P<0.05);肺功能测试前3日的PM2.5和PM10水平或肺功能测试前4日的NO2水平均与MMEF呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论空气污染对于健康人群的肺功能未见明显即时损害效应,但存在一定程度的滞后负效应。Objective To investigate the short-term effects of air pollutants on lung function in healthy young volunteers living in Suzhou city.Methods Twenty-one college students aged from 21to23 years old were recruited.Lung function tests were perfomed daily for 3 consecutive months,which included forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1)and maximal midexpiratory flow(MMEF).During the same period,data of daily air quality index(AQI),PM2.5,PM10,NO2,SO2 and CO in Suzhou city were obtained and the study was divided into two time groups of high air polluted and low air polluted.The correlation between pollutant concentrations of 0-6days and lung function was analyzed by linear correlation analysis.Results Compared with low NO2 and low SO2 group,the high NO2 and SO2 group showed an increasing trend in FVC and FEV1(P〈0.05).The concentration of PM2.5,PM10 and CO in prior 2 days and the concentration of NO2 in prior 4 days before testing were negatively correlated with FEV1 and FVC(P〈0.05).Similarly,the concentration of PM2.5 and PM10 in prior 3days and the concentration of NO2 in prior 2 days before testing were negatively correlated with MMEF(P〈0.05).Conclusion There is no immediate damage,but a delayed negative effect,of air pollutants on the lung function of healthy people in urban area.
