IL-9在变应性鼻炎小鼠模型鼻黏膜中的表达研究

摘　　要：目的探讨IL-9在小鼠变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)发生发展中的作用。方法利用Balb/c小鼠建立卵清蛋白致敏的变应性小鼠模型,按激发时间分为6组(30 min、2 h、6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h),同时使用生理盐水作为对照组,每组各5只小鼠。取各组小鼠鼻黏膜组织,利用免疫组化SABC法检测IL-9在各组小鼠鼻黏膜组织中的表达情况。结果 IL-9在对照组以及实验组中均有表达,且实验组明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);IL-9在实验组中随激发时间表达先增高后下降。结论 IL-9在小鼠变应性鼻炎中的表达与变应性鼻炎发病机制存在着一定的相互关联。Objective To investigate the role of IL-9 in the development of allergic rhinitis in mice.Methods Balb / c mice were used for establishing the animal model of allergic rhinitis with ovalbumin sensitization.According to the excitation time course,all the model mice were divided into 6 groups（ 5 mice in each group）,i.e.,groups of 30-min,two-hour,6-hour,12-hou,24-hour,and 48-hour.Instead of ovalbumin,normal saline was applied to the mice of the control group.Expression of IL-9 in the nasal mucosa was detected by immunohistochemical SABC method.Results Expression of IL-9 could be detected in both the control and experimental groups.The expression level of IL-9 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0.05）.The expression of IL-9 in the experimental groups showed a trend increased first and decreased afterwards with excitation time extension.Conclusion Expression of IL-9 may have correlation with pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis in mice.
