摘　　要：报告1例手掌部穿通型光泽苔藓。患儿男,15岁。右手掌多个针尖至粟粒大肤色丘疹伴中央脐凹5年。皮损组织病理检查:致密角化过度,柱状角化不全,表皮增生,真皮乳头内巢状淋巴细胞及组织细胞致密浸润,周边表皮突呈抱球状,部分真皮乳头穿通表皮,上覆角质物质。诊断:穿通型光泽苔藓。A case of palm perforated type of lichen nitidus is reported. A 15-year-old boy presented with multiple, pinpoint-sized to miliary, skin-colored papulars with central umbilication on his right palm for 5 years. Histopathological examination showed densa hyperkeratosis, parakeratosis and epidermal hypermal. There were dense inflammatory infiltrates in the papillary dermis by lymphocytes and tissue cells, and epidermal ridges resembled a ＂ball and claw＂, part of the nipple penetrated the epidermis, overlying horny substance. The diagnosis of perforated type of lichen nitidus was made.
