摘  要:采用二次加热和余热处理对60Si2CrVAT钢进行淬火处理,研究了不同处理工艺下弹簧钢力学性能。结果表明,提高试验钢回火硬度可增加其屈服强度和抗拉强度,但随着加热速率的增加,钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度下降。在相同硬度下,经二次热处理的试验钢比余热处理时屈服和抗拉强度大,伸长率和断面收缩率高;经相同回火温度处理后,采用二次加热淬火处理的试验钢屈服强度和抗拉强度跟余热处理相差不大,但伸长率和断面收缩率均高于余热淬火。60Si2CrVAT steel mechanical properties were analyzed using the secondary heat and remained heat quenching methods. The results show that, the increase of hardness can improve the yield and tensile strength of the steel..However, the steel yield and tensile strength will decrease when increase the heating rate during tempering. Under same hardness, the steel using the secondary heat quenching method has higher yield, tensile strength, elongation and area reduction rate than using remained heat quenching method. Meanwhile, under same tempering Conditions, the yield and tensile strength of steels are quite similar using secondary heat and remained heat quenching methods, but steels has higher elongation and area reduction rate when using secondary heat quenching method.
