摘  要:通过对轴承盖挤压铸造工艺分析,确定了成形工艺方案,运用ProCAST对ADC12铝合金汽车凸轮轴轴承盖的直接挤压铸造成形过程进行了数值模拟,并对合金液的充型及凝固过程进行了可视化观察,预测充型及凝固过程中的缺陷。模拟结果表明,铸件的充型及凝固过程合理,有效的减小了缺陷的产生。并通过试制生产验证了该成形方案的可行性,为实际生产提供了理论依据和指导。The forming process was determined through analyzing the squeeze casting technology of bearing cover. The forming process of direct squeeze casting for automotive camshaft bearing cover of ADC12 aluminum alloy was simulated using ProCAST software. The filling and solidification process of liquid alloy were carried on the visual observation, and the defects in the process of filling and solidification were predicted. The simulation results show that the filling and solidification process of castings is reasonable, it reduce the defects-effectively. And through the trial production proves the feasibility of the forming program, which provides theoretical basis and guidance for practical production.
