摘　　要：针对泵阀铸件壁薄、形状复杂、多坭芯成形等特点,采用计算机凝固模拟技术对该类铸件的铁型覆砂工艺进行凝固分析和优化,确定泵阀铸件的铁型覆砂铸造的相关工艺参数。研制开发了泵阀铸件的铁型覆砂机械化生产线,实现泵阀铸件的铁型覆砂铸造生产。Aimed at the characteristics of thin wall, complex shape, multi core forming of pump valve castings, the sand-faced metal mould casting technology, for the castings was optimized and analysis by computer solidification simulation, and process parameters were determined. The production line of sand-faced metal mould casting for pump valve castings was developed to achieve mass-production of pump valve castings.
