消失模铸钢涂料的化学组成和性能研究

摘　　要：研制出一种价格低廉、性能良好的水基涂料;以90%高铝矾土和10%74μm的石英粉做复合耐火骨料,涂料具有良好的强度和透气性。正交试验结果表明,添加9%钠基膨润土、0.3%CMC和6%白乳胶,涂料综合性能最好,该涂料能够满足消失模铸钢的需求。A water-based paint of low price and good performance was developed, 90% high-bauxite and 10% 74 μ m quartz powder as composite refractory aggregate, the coating has good strength and permeability. The orthogonal test results show that, when adding 9% sodium bentonite, 0.3% CMC and 6% white latex paint, the comprehensive properties is best, this coating can meet the requirement of EPC casting steel.
