摘　　要：调压铸造是薄壁铸件制造的重要工艺技术,根据调压铸造工艺流程的特点,提出一种调压铸造分布式计算机控制系统,介绍系统的总体设计,阐述系统使用的控制方法、硬件选型、软件设计、抗干扰措施等,调压铸造分布式计算机控制系统的应用,实现了调压铸造工艺的精确控制,为提高调压铸造工艺水平提供借鉴。Regulating casting is a kind of important technology for making thin wall castings, according to the characteristics of the pressure regulating casting process, a pressure regulating casting distributed computer control system was proposed, the overall design of the system was introduced, the control method, hardware selection, software design, anti-interference measures of the system in using process were elaborated. The application of distributed computer control system can realize the precise control of pressure regulating casting process, improve the level of pressure regulating casting process.
