摘　　要：为预防模具早期失效、提高模具精度与使用寿命,以H13钢压铸模具为例,结合生产实际从机械加工、特种加工及热处理方面详细探讨了影响压铸模具精度和使用寿命的因素,总结了提高压铸模具精度和使用寿命的具体措施。To prevent die-casting dies from early-stage failure and improve their service life, taking die-casting dies of H13 steel as an example, combining production practice, from the aspects of mechanical processing, special processing and heat treatment, the factors of the influencing the accuracy and the service life of die-casting dies were discussed, and the specific measures to improve the accuracy and service life of die-casting dies were put forward.
