摘　　要：结合当前全面深化城乡医院对口支援工作,详细介绍了城乡医院对口支援发展的3个阶段:即萌芽与铺垫阶段;提出与建立阶段;巩固与发展阶段,以及目前城乡医院对口支援工作所形成的格局,即"两横、两纵、一结合"。总结了城乡医院对口支援取得的成效:方便了农村居民看病就医;提升了县医院的综合服务能力。分析了当前城乡医院对口支援所面临的问题与挑战,并提出了下一阶段的工作重点及其政策建议。combining current urban and rural hospital partner assistance work, this article gives an detailed introduction of the 3 phases in urban and rural hospital partner assistance： budding and stage setting phase; formulation and establishment phase; consolidation and development phase. The article also illustrates the structure formed concerning urban and rural hospital partner assistance work, namely the structure of ＂two transverse arrangement, two longitudinal arrangement and one combination＂. Effects as a result of urban and rural hospital partner assistance is also summarized： convenience is brought to rural residents for medical service; comprehensive capacity of the county hospital is greatly raised. At last, the article analyzes current problems and challenges urban and rural hospital partner assistance faces and puts forward key points and policy suggestions for next phase of partner assistance work.
