摘　　要：从文化体系来看,我国公立医院文化是中国特色社会主义文化的组成部分,这决定了公立医院文化建设必须坚持马克思主义文化观特别是中国化的马克思主义文化观,这是实现公立医院公益性改革发展方向的内在要求。文章基于马克思主义文化观的视角,就公立医院文化的价值取向、文化内涵以及构建公立医院文化繁荣机制等方面进行了理论性探讨。China＇s public hospital culture is a constituent of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics seeing from a culture system point of view which has decided that the construction of public hospital culture must adhere to Marxism＇s outlook on culture, especially Sinicized Marxism＇s outlook on culture. This is the inherent requirement for realizing public hospital＇s reform focusing on its public welfare development direction. The article, based on the perspective of Marxism＇s outlook on culture, carries out a theoretical explore regarding the value orientation of public hospital culture, culture connotation and the establishment of a public hospital culture prosperity mechanism.
