福州市社区高血压病管理现状调查与研究

摘　　要：目的了解福州社区高血压病人对高血压病相关知识的知晓情况、危险因素、用药情况及对高血压病管理的需求,以更有针对性地规范高血压病的防治管理。方法通过门诊及诊治过程发现高血压患者,通过问卷调查建立高血压患者健康档案及依据随访情况建立数据库。结果被调查者对高血压相关知识的知晓率不高;高血压相关危险因素包括家族遗传因素、不良生活习惯和精神紧张;部分高血压患者存在高血压靶器官损害、并发症和并存病;高血压的管理模式应以患者自我管理为主,控制血压应以药物治疗和非药物控制并用为宜。结论针对高血压患者的需求,倡导在社区推行高血压规范化管理。通过加强宣传提高社区居民高血压相关知识的知晓率,使之养成健康的生活习惯,以利于血压得到有效控制;采取相应措施促使患者规律用药。Objective To understand hypertension patients＇ acquisition of knowledge related to hypertension in the Fuzhou communities, risk factors, drug use and the demand for hypertension disease management, in order to being more targeted to standardize prevention and control management of hypertension. Methods The hypertension patients are found through the outpatient service and in the process of diagnosis and treatment, health records of hypertension patients are surveyed and established through the questionnaire, and on the basis of follow-up a database is established. Results The respondents do not have high awareness of hypertension related knowledge; hypertension related risk factors include familial inheritance factor, bad living habits and mental stress; some hypertension patients have hypertension target organ damage, complications and coexisting diseases; hypertension management mode shall be mainly self-management of patients. The control of blood pressure shall be drug therapy and non-drug control. Conclusions For the demands of hypertension patients, the standardized management of hypertension shall be promoted in communities. By strengthening the propaganda, and improving the awareness of community residents of hypertension related knowledge, it shall become the healthy habits for their effective blood pressure control; and corresponding measures shall be taken to encourage patients to use drug regularly.
