大学生创业资本对创业绩效的影响

摘　　要：本文借鉴相关研究成果,通过访谈和问卷调查等方法,从人力资本、心理资本、社会资本及经济资本等维度度量大学生创业资本,并构建了大学生创业资本对创业绩效影响的模型,检验了创业资本与创业绩效之间的关系。实证结果表明:大学生人力资本、心理资本、社会资本和经济资本对创业绩效均有正向促进作用。The scientific evaluation of university students＇entrepreneurial capital has great theoretical and practical significance to entrepreneurial performance. On the basis of relevant research results, along with interview records, the article collected responses on the entrepreneurial questionnaire from 625 university students in Zhejiang province. In the current paper, the entrepreneurial capital was measured through four dimensions： human capital, psychological capital, social capital and economic capital. Based on this, this paper constructed the model of the influence of entrepreneurial capital on entrepreneurial performance, to examine the relationship between the entrepreneurial capital and entrepreneurial performance. The results indicate that university students＇ entrepreneurial capital including human capital, psychological capital, social capital and economic capital have a positive effect on entrepreneurial performance.
