摘  要:首先用低温等离子体对棉织物进行处理,然后采用溶胶-凝胶法和光还原沉积法相结合对棉织物进行抗紫外线整理。采用差热-热重分析法、扫描电子显微镜和元素分析等测试技术分析和研究了织物的热稳定性、表面形貌及元素组成,并探讨了AgNO3溶液的浓度对织物抗紫外线性能的影响。结果表明:Ag和TiO2成功整理到织物上,改性后织物热稳定性有明显提高;当AgNO3浓度为0.09 mol/L时,织物的紫外线防护系数能达到60+;低温等离子体处理能显著提高纳米Ag及TiO2在棉织物表面的吸附量及结合牢度,进而提高织物的抗紫外线性能和耐水洗性能。Sol-gel and photo-deduction deposition process were used to finish the cotton fabric. The thermal stability, morphology, structure and composition were characterized by TGA, SEM and EDS. Tile UV resistance performance was also investigated. The results showed that Ag and TiO. were successfully finished to the fabric and the thermal stability of the l,abric improved very much after finishing. The UPF value of the fabric can reach 60+ when 0.09 mol/L AgNO3 was used. Furthermore. the fabric treated by low -temperature oxygen plasma showed improved UV resistance and good fastness to washing.
