摘　　要：探讨阳离子涤纶与粘胶混纺纱在纺纱过程中的技术要点。阐述了对阳离子涤纶进行预处理、清花原料混合注意箱头箱尾的处理,以保证两种纤维混纺比准确及混合均匀,优选各工序工艺参数及胶辊表面进行抗绕涂层处理,严格控制各工序温湿度,保证车间生活好做,加强日常设备维护保养和基础管理工作,使纺出的纱质量达到较好水平。The paper discusses the key technical points in the process of spinning cationic polyester/viscose blended yarn. It recommends that the cationic polyester fiber should be pre-treated and attention should be paid to the inlets and outlets at the mixer, so that the two kinds of fibers can be blended accurately and uniformly. In order to ensure better quality of the resulted yarn, process parameters for each step should be optimized, the surface of rubber rollers should be coated for anti-winding, strict control should be taken over temperature and humidity of each process step, smooth operation be guaranteed and daily maintenance work and basic management be strengthened.
