摘  要:针对目前国内对高耗能企业的电力能效状态缺乏有效地评估,提出了一种基于模糊集对法的高耗能企业电力能效评估方法,从而为实现对企业电能的优化管理提供理论基础。首先依据高耗能企业电力能效监测终端采集到的能效数据,建立了企业电力能效等级评估指标体系,并首次提出了高耗能企业电力能效标识这一概念;其次采用层次分析法与熵权法相结合的定权方法,使求得的综合权重既注重专家经验又体现了评价的客观性;最后计算出各指标所对应的联系度,并采用最大置信度原则确定企业能效等级。通过实例分析比较表明了该方法计算简洁、准确度高,具有较强的实用价值。In view of the deficiencies in the electricity energy efficiency evaluation methods used in the domestic high energy-consuming enterprises,an electricity energy efficiency rating assessment method based on the fuzzy set pair analysis was put forward for the high energy-consuming enterprises,providing theoretical bases for the enterprise energy optimizing management.First,an evaluation index system of electricity energy efficiency rating was established on the basis of the energy efficiency data collected by the electricity energy efficiency monitoring terminal of the high energy -consuming enterprises,and the concept of electricity energy efficiency label for high energy-consuming enterprises was introduced for the first time.Then,the synthesized index weights were figured out by means of the combination of the analytical hierarchy process and the entropy method,which not only laid emphasis on expert experience but also reflected objectivity of the evaluation.Finally,the corresponding connection degree of each index was calculated,and the biggest confidence principle was used to define the enterprise energy efficiency rating.The simplicity,accuracy and practical values of the method were verified by the case analysis and result comparison.
