摘  要:近年来,随着数字化变电站的不断出现,基于IEC 61850协议的数字电能表也应运而生。针对传统电能表校验装置无法对数字电能表进行检定的实际情况,介绍了一种基于嵌入式平台的数字电能表校验装置的研发与设计。装置采用模块化设计,主要由数字功率源、数字标准表和人机接口等模块组成。通过各个模块的有效结合,装置能够实现模拟电压电流采集、数字功率输出、各种电能量的计算、显示、存储等功能,从而完成对数字化电能表的检定,同时也可兼容对传统电能表的检定。此外,该系统也提供MMS通信功能,支持对具有此类功能的电能表的数据模型的获取及数据的读取。With the constant growing of digital substations in recent years,digital electric energy meters based on IEC61850 protocol also emerges at the right moment.Since the actual condition that the traditional electric energy meter calibration device can not test the digital electric energy meter,this paper introduces the R&D and design for the digital electric energy meter calibration device based on embedded platform.Adopting modular design,the device mainly consists of digital power souce,digital standard meters and man-machine interface,etc.Through the effective combination of each module,the device can realize the functions,such as analog voltage and current collection,digital power output,and calculation,display and storage of various electric energies,etc.thus,completing the testing on digital electric energy meter.At the same time,it also has the compatibility on testing of traditional electric energy meter.Besides,the system also provides MMS communication function,and supports the acquisition of electric energy meter data model with such functions and the data reading.
