摘 要:为实现风电能源接近"常规电源调控"特性的目标,文中探索一种新的风电电源控制方法。基于风电电源现有的控制技术,加入储能新理念,针对风电集群协调控制在有功功率控制、无功电压控制、电网安全稳定控制所应具备的基本功能,提出了大规模并网风电场集群在多时间尺度、空间尺度、功能解耦等方面分层分区的集群协调控制策略;以新疆某地区风电场为例验证了此风电场集群协调控制策略的效果,结果表明风电场集群协调控制效果明显优于以风电场独立控制的传统控制策略效果,为实现风电电源"似常规电源控制",实现智能电网的愿景提供参考。In order to realize the target of wind power energy closing to "controlled as conventional power" characteristics,a new type of control method of wind power energy is explored in this paper.Based on the existing control technique of wind power energy,new ideas of energy storage are added.Aiming at the basic functions of wind farm cluster coordinated control in three aspects,namely,active power control,reactive power and voltage control,and power system security and stability constraint,the strategy of hierarchical and distributed cluster coordinated control of largescale wind farm grid connected is proposed from three aspects,namely,multi-time-scale,multi-space-scale and function-decoupling.The effect of wind farm cluster coordinated control strategy is verified by a wind farm cluster of a certain area in Xinjiang.The results show that the effect of wind farm cluster coordination control is superior to the wind independent traditional control.The conference is provided for realizing the target of wind power energy " as conventional power control" and realizing the vision of the smart grid.
