摘 要:针对电力推进船舶电力系统,研发了以现场总线与工控以太网技术为基础,以电力参数测量仪表、电能质量监测仪表、模拟量指针式仪表、PLC、触摸屏和工控机为核心的多功能故障监视报警装置与系统。装置的硬件实现,运用了基于Modbus现场总线的集中监视系统结构设计技术与设备配置方法;软件实现,运用了故障报警逻辑判别、集中监视人机界面设计、故障信息处理和设备之间的报文传输技术。对发电、传输和推进负荷的多个装置组成监视系统,在船舶电力系统实验室的应用表明其监视与报警功能满足要求、提高了电力系统的安全可靠性。For the electrically propulsive ship power system,a multi-functional fault monitoring alarm device and system were researched and developed,with the field bus and industrial Ethernet technology as the foundation,and the electric parameter measuring instrument,power quality monitoring instrument,analog pointer gauge,PLC,touch screen and industrial computer as the core equipment.For the hardware implementation of the devices,the Modbus field bus centralized monitoring system structure design technology and equipment configuration method were applied,and for the software implementation,the fault alarm logical judgment,centralized monitoring and human-computer interface design,fault information processing and message transmission technology between devices were adopted.The monitoring system was composed of several devices of power generation,power transmission and propulsion load.The application of the devices to the labs in the ship power system indicated that the monitoring and alarm functions met the requirements and improved the safety and reliability of the power system.
