摘　　要：随着国家知识产权战略的深入实施,农业科研单位对专利保护的重视程度逐渐提高。近年来,黑龙江省农业科学院在黑龙江省知识产权局的支持下,专利保护质量和数量显著提高,但也存在如专利保护认识不到位、观念滞后、专业人员短缺、奖励激励机制不到位等问题,针对发现的问题,提出了促进黑龙江省农业科学院专利保护工作发展的建议,以进一步提高专利拥有量。With the deepening implementation of national intellectual property strategy,agricultural research institutions had paid attention to patent protection gradually.In recent years,with the support of Heilongjiang Intellectual Property Office,the quality and quantity of patent protection were improved obviously in Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences,but there were some problems,such as inadequate awareness of patent protection,backward concept,professional shortage,reward incentive mechanism lacking,developmental suggestions were put forward for patent protection work of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences,so as to improve patent ownership further.
