摘 要:为解决高瓦斯突出煤层工作面回采过程中上隅角瓦斯超限的问题,采用VLD千米钻机在屯兰矿28111工作面的轨道巷施工定向高位走向长钻孔抽采采空冒落区和围岩瓦斯,通过孔板流量法进行现场单孔瓦斯流量和浓度测定可知,单孔瓦斯抽采纯量从0升高至1.5~2.5 m3/min,上隅角浓度从2.5%降至0.5%,有效控制上隅角瓦斯浓度超限,提高了回采速度,确保安全生产。为采煤上隅角瓦斯治理探索出了一种行之有效的办法。Aim to control gas level over- limit at upper corner during longwall retreating,the measurement of directional drilling into roof which will be fractured during retreating longwall is conducted at Tunlan 28111 working face. The significant directional borehole gas drainage performance after retreating longwall is obtained through orifice set gas flow data measurement on site. The practice has indicated that gas flow rate from 0 m3/ min up to 1. 5 ~ 2. 5 m3/ min and the upper corner methane concentration is controlled within0. 5% from 2. 5% in the Tunlan Coal Mine. Consequently,the longwall retreating rate increase 3 times by original one. The application of VLD- 1000 drill rig on drilling into gob fracture could reduce the cost and proven to be a great effective measurement to control methane concentration at upper corner and air return.
