自制假性导尿装置在男性尿失禁患者中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制假性导尿在男性尿失禁患者中的临床应用效果。方法贵州省兴义市人民医院收治的男性尿失禁患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组采用自制硅胶防逆流假性导尿装置接尿,对照组采用其他接尿工具。观察并记录尿路感染、漏尿发生、护理时间和费用以及并发症(包括压疮、阴茎发红、糜烂、会阴部湿疹)等情况发生。结果观察组4周内发生尿路感染率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组发生漏尿患者比例、护理时间和每天费用均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论自制硅胶防逆流假性导尿装置用于男性尿失禁患者,具有尿液不逆流、透气性好、降低尿路感染和并发症的发生率等优点,且可重复使用,有效降低相关费用,降低护理人员的工作量。【Objective】To investigate the application effect of homemade pseudo catheter device on men with urinary incontinence.【Methods】A total of 120 patients with urinary incontinence in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were administrated with homemade pseudo catheter device, while the patients in the control group were catheterized using other methods. Urinary tract infection, leakage of urine, nursing duration, cost, and complications including pressure sores, red penis, erosion and perineum eczema were recorded. 【Results】The occurrence rate of urinary tract infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group in 4 weeks（P 〈 0.05）. Leakage of urine, nursing duration, everyday cost and the complication occurrence rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P 〈 0.01）.【Conclusions】Application of homemade pseudo catheter device to men with urinary incontinence has the advantages of no urine counterflow, good breathability, and decreased urinary tract infection and complication occurrence rate. Homemade pseudo catheter device could be repeatedly used and thus lower the cost and workload of nurses.
