摘 要:为了研究开关磁阻电机气隙偏心故障的检测方案,首先基于开关磁阻电机电路方程,推导出电机同相两绕组电流差值与气隙长度的函数关系式,再利用2D-TFEM计算电机处于正常状态及不同偏心等级情况下绕组电流差值,并将不同励磁模式下绕组电流差值转化为矩阵表达式。通过分析矩阵表达式各元素的对称性,提出一种以同相两绕组电流差值为特征量的气隙偏心故障检测方法。该法能够实现偏心故障诊断、故障定位、偏心方向判定及偏心类型辨别的综合检测。仿真与实验结果表明,该法与其他检测法相比,具有较高准确性、可靠性及鲁棒性。In order to study air-gap eccentricity fault detection scheme for switched reluctance motor,firstly the function relation was obtained between air gap length and differential current of two windings in one phase based on the circuit equations of SRM,then 2D-TFEM was used to calculate differential current of two windings under motor in the normal state and different eccentric level,and differential current under different excited modes were translated into the matrix expression.Through analyzing the symmetry of elements in the matrix expression,a new detection method of air gap eccentricity fault was presented that makes differential current of two windings as eigenvalues.This method can realize comprehensive detection about occurrence of the fault and its location,direction and type.Compared with the other methods,the simulation and experimental results show that the method can save the testing cost and has high accuracy,reliability and robustness.
