摘　　要：浙江省培育县域文化产业经历了三个阶段,呈现出稳步增长、阶段递进、注重内涵的趋势,主要特色在于:服务实体经济,推动产业转型,促进县域经济的升级;培育文化浙商,提升"勇敢的心",形成文化产业的领军人物;打造平台经济,集聚产业要素,促进各类资源的优化配置;打造创意城镇,再造文化空间,建设城乡一体化的美好家园。Three phases Zhejiang Province underwent to cultivate country-level cultural industry in- dicate trends of stable growth, advance by stages and focus on content, whose features are to serve real economy, promote industrial transformation, facilitate upgrade econom Zhejiang cultural merchants, lift ＂Brave Heart＂, shape leading figures in y in countries; to foster cultural industry; build platform economy, gather industrial elements, accelerate resources optimal allocation; construct cre- ative town, reform cultural space, forge better homelands with urban-rural integration.
