中药联合α干扰素对HPV16型感染合并宫颈柱状上皮异位的疗效

摘　　要：目的 观察中药联合α干扰素治疗宫颈HPV16型感染合并宫颈柱状上皮异位患者的治疗效果.方法 将2009年10月至2013年6月间146例HPV16型感染阳性的女性患者随机分为实验组（76例）与对照组（70例）,实验组采用中药联合α干扰素阴道栓治疗,对照组单用α干扰素阴道栓治疗.进行HPV复查和电子阴道镜.结果 实验组HPV转阴率、对Ⅱ度宫颈柱状上皮异位面积改善情况与对照组（51/70）比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 中药联合α干扰素在治疗宫颈HPV16型感染合并宫颈柱状上皮异位患者疗效好,可增加单用α干扰素的疗效.Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine combined with α-interferon suppository in the treatment of cervical ectropion with HPV16 infection.Methods One hundred and forty-six cases of cervical ectropion with HPV16 infection women from October 2009 to June 2013 were randomly divided into the experimental group（76 cases） and the control group （70 cases）.The control group was treated with α-interferon suppository,while the experimental group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine and α-interferon suppository.Observations were carried out about the treatment efficacy of both groups.Results The cervical columnar ectopy Ⅱ improvement rate and HPV16 negative rate of the experimental group were higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions With good efficacy and quick recovery,Chinese herbal medicine and α-interferon suppository are well worth promotion for clinical application in the treatment of cervical ectropion with HPV16 infection,and can enhance the efficacy of α-interferon suppository.
