摘　　要：针对中西部地区基层医疗机构对于重大疾病的针灸诊疗技术水平和服务能力相对较低,对简便有效、经济节约的医疗手段需求极大的现状。文章以原发性高血压、慢性稳定型心绞痛两种重大威胁人类健康的心血管疾病的针灸诊疗规范推广示范为主体,展示了针灸诊疗规范推广示范协作网络建设在组织建设、管理体系、人才培养等方面取得的良好效果,总结了在推广示范协作网络建设中的经验和心得,同时进行展望,为今后针灸诊疗规范推广示范协作网络的建设提供有益的借鉴。Aiming at the present situation that basic level medical institutions in central and western regions have relatively lower technical level and Service ability of diagnosis and treatment on serious diseases and also have greater demand for simple, effective and economical medical methods, this article takes the norms of acupuncture diagnosis and treatment on such two cardiovascular diseases, as essential hypertension and chronic stable angina , which gravely threaten human health, as the subject of extension and demonstration, and shows some good resuhs obtained on such aspects as organization construction, management system and personnel training by the collaborative network construction to generalize and demonstrate acupuncture diagnosis and treatment norms, and summarizes the experience and attainment in the construction of generalizing and demonstrating collaborative network. This article has an outlook for the future so as to provide beneficial reference for the future construction of collaborative network which aims to generalize and demonstrate the norms of acupuncture diagnosis and treatment.
