供方视角下我国乡镇卫生院服务数量减少的原因探析

摘　　要：我国乡镇卫生院的服务数量不断减少,是我国基层卫生改革中不容忽视的一个问题。本研究主要通过文献研究和现场知情人访谈法,从供方视角下分析导致该现象的原因主要有:乡镇卫生院功能核心转移、人力资源瓶颈、硬件设施限制、运行机制不合理以及国家政策的影响等。基于以上分析,文章也提出了解决该问题的相应的研究方向,以确保基层群众获得公平可及的医疗服务。The number of service of township hospitals continues to decrease, which is a problem can＇t be ignored in our grass-roots in health reform. This paper are finished mainly through literature research and scene insider interviews methods,from the perspective of analysis the reasons for this phenomenon are the functions of township health centers, core transfer bottleneck, hardware facilities, human resources restriction, unreasonable mechanism and the national policy etc. Based on the above analysis, this paper also puts forward the corresponding researching direction, to ensure equitable access of rural residents to obtain medical services
