农村居民对国家基本药物制度的认知评价研究

摘　　要：目的:评价农村居民对国家基本药物制度的认知情况,分析影响因素,为提高村民对基本药物制度认知度提供政策建议。方法:对湖北省公安县2个镇12个村904位村民进行问卷调查。结果:受访者基本药物制度概念知晓率为39.3%;知晓渠道主要是医生讲解(46.17%)、电视报纸等媒体(25.81%)以及宣传栏(15.73%);受访村民中,基本药物制度支持率78.0%;多因素分析显示,影响农村居民基本药物制度认知度的因素主要有性别、年龄、文化程度和家庭年收入。结论:农村居民对基本药物制度的认知度普遍偏低,但对国家基本药物制度多持赞同态度,政府应提高村民对基本药物制度的认知度。Objective To evaluate the cognition of rural residents on National Essential Medicine System （ NEMS）, and analyze the influence factors of NEMS, so as to propose related policy suggestions raising awareness of NEMS. Methods 904 rural residents were interviewed from 12 villagers of 2 townships of Gong＇an county in Hubei Province by questionnaire survey. Results 39. 3% of rural residents interviewed were aware of NEMS;The main source for the rural residents to know NEMS are doctors＇ explanations （46.17%） ,television/ newspapers （25.81%） and billboards （ 15.73% ）. Among the rural residents interviewed, NEMS supportive rate is 78.0% ; Logistic regression analysis demonstrates that gender, age, educational level and household income are main influencing factors affecting rural residents＇ awareness of NEMS. Conclusion The residents in rural areas have low cognition for NEMS. However, most of them support NEMS. Governments should promote the development of NEMS by enhancing NEMS cognition among rural residents.
